How to Return Your Product
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@glowred.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely with all original accessories and documentation, then ship to our returns center
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original condition with all accessories included
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@glowred.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
